Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Print My Bingo Cards (“we”, “us”), which operates printmybingocards.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

What the Service does

You type a list of words, choose a theme and layout, and we generate printable bingo cards you can download as a PDF. Cards are generated so that no two in the same batch are identical.

Downloading printable cards is free and unlimited. Free cards carry a small watermark. Paid options — removing the watermark, premium themes, larger virtual games, and printed cards shipped to you — are described on the site as they become available.

Entertainment use only

Our cards are novelty and entertainment products, sold for social and educational use — parties, showers, classrooms, workplace events, and similar gatherings.

They are not gaming supplies. We do not operate any game, accept any stake, hold any pot, or award any prize. Nothing you buy from us entitles you to win anything of value from us.

If you use our cards to run a game involving an entry fee, a wager, or a prize of value, that game is yours, not ours — and complying with the gaming, raffle, lottery, and charitable-gaming rules that apply where you are is entirely your responsibility. Many places require a licence or registration for exactly that. We provide printed material and nothing more.

You agree not to use the Service to operate or promote unlawful gambling. If a licence or registration is required where you are, get it before you play. Or do what almost everyone does and run the game with no entry fee and a prize nobody would bet on — a bottle, a box of chocolates, first pick of the leftovers.

Your content

The words, titles, and lists you enter stay yours. We don’t claim ownership of them. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to run the Service — laying them out into cards, saving your design, and generating your file.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute material that:

• infringes anyone’s copyright or trade marks;
• harasses, threatens, or targets a specific person;
• is unlawful where you are creating or using it.

We may remove content or refuse service if we believe it breaks these rules.

Our content

The site, its software, theme artwork, layouts, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Cards you generate are yours to print, share, and use at your event. You may not resell our theme artwork or templates as artwork or templates, or present the Service as your own.

Payments and refunds

Generating and downloading cards is free, and stays free. The one thing you can pay for today is a clean set — the same cards without the small printmybingocards.com credit across them. It is a one-off charge for one batch of cards, priced by how many are in it, and the price is shown before you start. Premium themes, virtual games and printed cards are described below but are not live yet.

Payments are taken by Stripe on their own payment page. We never see or store your full card details. Depending on where you are, Stripe may act as the seller of record and add tax to the price shown.

Digital items are final sale

Watermark removal, premium themes, and virtual game upgrades unlock the moment you pay. Your files are then generated and downloaded in your own browser, and we have no way to un-deliver them or to know what you have already saved and printed.

That is the whole reason this is a flat rule rather than a case-by-case judgement. Refunding a download means handing back the money while the buyer keeps the cards — every copy already printed, and every copy printed afterwards. A policy that allowed it would make the paid version free to anyone willing to ask for their money back, which is not something we can run on a product this cheap. The free version exists precisely so that nobody has to pay to find out whether they like the cards.

All digital purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on them. Buying starts delivery immediately, so you will see this said plainly in two places before any money moves: next to the price when you choose the paid option, and again above the card form on Stripe’s payment page.

None of that applies when the fault is ours. If what you paid for doesn’t work, we will put it right, and refund you if we can’t. That covers, among other things:

• the cards not unlocking after a successful payment;
• artwork, backgrounds, or text that print wrong — misaligned, stretched, cut off, or missing;
• a PDF that won’t open, downloads incomplete, or prints blank;
• getting fewer cards than you paid for, or cards that repeat when they were sold as unique;
• being charged twice for the same batch.

That list is illustrative, not exhaustive — if something is wrong with what you bought, tell us. Email hello@printmybingocards.com with your download link and, where it helps, a photo or screenshot of what came out. This isn’t a change of mind; it’s us not delivering, and the two are treated completely differently. Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Printed cards

Printed cards are made to your order, so we can’t take them back because you changed your mind. We will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the design you approved — tell us within 30 days and send a photo.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Card generation and PDF creation happen in your own browser, so keep your own copy of any file you care about — we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to reproduce a past download.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for free use, is nothing).

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we’ll say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

2 September 2026 — added an explicit prohibition on using the Service to operate or promote unlawful gambling, under “Entertainment use only” above. It states as a rule what the surrounding paragraphs already described as your responsibility.
